I absolutely loved my stay! The views of the historic windmill from my spotless Superior Double Room were breathtaking. Plus, Paddy's home-cooked, hearty breakfast truly made my mornings feel special!

Cozy pub with a fab breakfast!

What a surprise! The room above the pub was super comfy and quiet. The full English b'fast cooked by the landlord was just delicious. Plus, the bar/lounge area is perfect for grabbing a drink. Just a bummer they don’t do evening meals, but there's takeout nearby. Would def stay again!

my stay was fantastic! the room was spotless with a lovely view of the maud foster windmill. the owner, paddy, made sure i felt at home, and the breakfast was a splendid full english that really exceeded my expectations during my previous visit in boston.

we had a fantastic stay at king's arms bed & breakfast. paddy, the landlord, was super accommodating and made us feel right at home. our superior double room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the breakfast was first-class, and we loved having the locals around in the bar, where my husband enjoyed a good pint of bateman's bitter.

Perfect spot for a family getaway

The breakfasts were to die for, perfect full English that really hit the spot after a long night. And the staff, they treated us like family, especially Paddy who was just a gem serving us breakfast and sharing local tips.

Had an incredible night in a spacious room with delightful decor. The staff were wonderfully friendly, making us feel at home right away. Be sure to try the hearty breakfast with a great veggie option! I'd recommend asking for a quieter room if you're a light sleeper.

Just a prime choice for a walk in the evening in Boston with excellent value for money. The pub was dog friendly and even provided water and snacks for our pet. Make sure to try the veggie sausages at breakfast!

Comfortable stay with a homely atmosphere

I had a wonderful stay in the Standard Quadruple Room, where the cozy ambiance and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The full English breakfast was outstanding, with generous portions that left me satisfied for the day. It was also great to enjoy the views of the historic windmill from my room. I did notice some occasional noise from outside, especially early in the morning.

Had an awesome stay with my friends! The place was clean, the staff were super friendly, and we enjoyed a traditional pub atmosphere. We also loved the nearby historic windmill and took a walk along the waterfront. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. A great spot for a group getaway!
